Jean-Guy Mahaud
Jean-Guy Mahaud is head of the International commerce legal department at Total which provides legal assistance to global downstream marketing activities. Based in Paris (France), Jean-Guy advises on the roll-out of mobile applications and internet services. He also worked on the implementation of information governance policies and led a personal data protection project for the development of binding corporate rules (BCR) which have been approved by the relevant Data Protection Authorities within the European Union.
He previously served as European Data Protection Law Coordinator at a major US based oil company.
