Andrew Flavin is a Policy Advisor in the Office of Digital Services Industries at the International Trade Administration, part of the U.S. Department of Commerce. In this position, he covers issues related to the digital economy in Asia and Latin America including cross-border data flows and privacy. He received his Masters in Public Policy from the University of Maryland with a concentration in international economic policy and his BA in economics and international relations from Wheaton College.
