About the IAPP

Elizabeth is currently Vice President & Managing Counsel for Privacy and Data Use, as well as Privacy Officer, at Blink Health. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2002 and has spent her career advising healthcare and life sciences entities in private practice and as in-house counsel, including leading the privacy legal team at Cigna/Express Scripts. Elizabeth’s practice has always included privacy and became fully privacy-focused in 2015. In addition, Elizabeth is CIPP/US and CIPM certified; has taught Information Privacy and Security Law at the Missouri University of Science and Technology since 2016; and was Co-Chair of the IAPP’s St. Louis KnowledgeNet from 2018-2019. Her expertise includes healthcare and consumer privacy.
