Victoria is the Chief Compliance Officer, Americas, for Ant Financial Services Group (“Ant Financial"). Ant Financial was founded in October 2014 and originated from Alipay. Alipay is the world’s leading third party digital payment and lifestyle platform operated by Ant Financial Services Group. It is the most popular mobile payment tool in China with over 520 million active users. Ant Financial is dedicated to using technology to provide inclusive financial services to small businesses and individuals. It seeks to build an open ecosystem that brings financial services to the unbanked and underbanked, all while enabling traditional financial institutions to provide services in a more efficient way.
Victoria had previously served as the Chief Risk Officer and Co-Compliance Officer for Handle Financial, Inc. (formerly known as PayNearMe, Inc.), a regulated fintech money transmission and 3rd party payment processing company, and Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Salt Technology, a mobile wallet and 3rd party payment processing startup company. She has held various regulatory compliance and risk positions at BlackRock and Visa Inc., where she was responsible for implementing wide-range of compliance, risk, privacy and security programs, and compliance due diligence efforts during IPO and mergers and acquisitions activities. She spent her earlier career honing her skills at Ernst & Young, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting.
