Judith K. Boyd is the Northeast Regional Privacy Officer within the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (DHS/USCIS).  She is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, serving at the Center for Law and Military Operations (CLAMO) at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School. 

 

Prior to assuming her current position, Judy served as Chief Counsel for the Minority Staff, U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI).  Judy came to HPSCI from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of General Counsel, where she was the Deputy Associate General Counsel for Intelligence.

 

Judy has a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense, a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, and B.A. degrees in History and English from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She holds the CIPP/G and CIPP/E credentials.
