Supply Chain Cybersecurity Practice Lead

Patrick Lang is the Supply Chain Cyber Security practice lead for Lockheed Martin.  He partners with Supply Chain operations, Corporate Information Security, Legal Counsel, IT Services and Program Management to understand Lockheed Martin’s Suppliers cybersecurity posture while increasing their cyber awareness and driving overall cybersecurity improvements.  Mr. Lang chairs a Supply Chain Cybersecurity Working Group composed on BAE Systems, Boeing, Northrup Grumman and Raytheon to collaboratively reduce the cybersecurity risk to our collective global supply chain.



Prior to his role with supply chain cybersecurity, he served as the International Information Security Officer for Lockheed Martin. In this capacity he partnered with Business Area IT Service Delivery and Corporate Information Security to oversee the cybersecurity readiness of Lockheed Martin’s unclassified, corporate international IT operations.



Throughout his career, Mr. Lang has led various enterprise IT and cybersecurity projects. Such projects included network and system management, desktop software distribution, and international security service delivery.   His IT experience includes network engineering, and leadership roles as chief engineer and project manager.  Mr. Lang began his career with Lockheed Martin with Business Operations as a cost control analyst and program finance estimator.



Mr. Lang has a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Management. He also has three industry certifications:  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP).
