About the IAPP

Privacy Consultant in HPE since 2009, IAPP member since 2010, CIPP/E certification since December 2012.



Master Degree in Political Science: International Law and Government Affairs Specialization, University of Milan.



Expert in EU data protection regulations, strong familiarity with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations.



Part of the Ethics & Compliance Office (ECO) within Corporate Legal organization work to assist HPE business groups, regions and corporate functions to ensure compliance with privacy laws, for the implementation of our Privacy, policies and programs and to prioritize and integrate accountability into product and services development and delivery across the company.



Deep knowledge of international data transfer mechanisms (standard contractual clauses, BCR, Privacy Shield), develop guidelines and packaged knowledge.



Develop and provide data protection training and awareness internally and externally, relationships with DPAs.



Previous experience in HPE and other IT company, within Legal organizations, as Contract Manager, Provide contract/legal guidance and support in negotiation both for private & public sector business, support channel partner programs.
