About the IAPP

Patricia is an investigator with the Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, Pacific Region.  OCR enforces the Privacy and Security Rules, and the Breach Notification Rule. Prior to her work at OCR, Patricia was a Beneficiary Relations Specialist at Lumetra, a Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO). Patricia has a Master’s Degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
