About the IAPP

Eric Bukstein serves as Honeywell International’s Assistant General Counsel for Global Data Privacy.  In this role, Eric helps execute Honeywell’s global privacy governance strategy. Eric advises Honeywell’s businesses on all manner of global privacy issues, including international data transfers, privacy policies and procedures, privacy impact assessments, data breach response and regulatory investigations, privacy awareness and training, and mobile application and Internet compliance issues. Prior to joining Honeywell, Eric was an Associate in Hogan Lovells US LLP’s Privacy and Information Management Practice. Eric lives in Washington, DC with his wife, Beth, and his kids, Emma and Asher.
