Jacky Wagner
Jacky is a Managing Director with PwC and has over 20 years’ experience in data protection, privacy and compliance programs. Jacky has a focus on providing privacy related services to clients and her experience has spanned the delivery of engagements across all US domestic privacy regulations, self-regulation and major global privacy requirements. Jacky has experience in a range of areas such as privacy risk assessment; policy review and development; training development and delivery; program assessment, development and implementation and breach response.
Most recently, Jacky has been responsible for building and leading PwC's internal Information Protection program, focused on managing the range of privacy and information risk and compliance requirements for PwC within the US. In this capacity, she has had extensive experience in policy development and implementation; building, implementing and running compliance programs; monitoring and oversight; breach response and large scale training and awareness activities. Jacky is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
