Colin O'Malley is Evidon's chief strategy officer, with responsibility for product strategy and regulatory outreach. He co-founded the company and led its initial design program, collaboration with the top seven agency holding companies, leading brands and networks.
An expert in privacy matters with deep connections in the policy world, he was the vice president of strategic partnerships and programs at TRUSTe from 2003 to 2009, where he developed and launched self-regulatory programs for e-mail (including the Bonded Sender Program, sold to Return Path) and software (Trusted Download Program). Execution across these programs drove the transition of TRUSTe to for-profit status and an A-Round from Accel Partners. Earlier, O'Malley was the manager of product development at NetCreations, a double opt-in e-mail marketing firm that went public in 1999.
O'Malley is a published author and has a BS in economics and human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University.
