Matthew's practice focuses on technology transactions and privacy matters. He has experience reviewing clients' products and services to ensure sound privacy policies and data security practices. He also has experience drafting commercial agreements including information technology, healthcare, cloud services, outsourcing, retail, software licensing agreements and other related technology agreements. His practice includes counseling clients on various federal privacy laws including but not limited to COPPA, HIPAA and the ECPA. Matthew also has counseled on state data security breach notification requirements as well as healthcare privacy and employee privacy/monitoring matters. Matthew received his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, and his Bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
