About the IAPP

Jack Yang is the Head of Data Use and Privacy Practice Group at Visa. As part of the Visa legal department, he advises Visa on data use, privacy and data security issues and is responsible for implementing the company’s framework for analyzing privacy and data issues arising from proposed data products and services.



Jack focuses in the areas of privacy, data use and security, intellectual property, licensing, technology, Internet and corporate law having worked with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal and Manges and in-house at Visa, Videoegg, Inc., Inktomi Corporation, and Sega of America, Inc.
