About the IAPP

John Pavolotsky, CIPP/US/E, CIPM is Associate Director in the Law & Policy Group of Intel Corporation. Before Intel, John was Of Counsel in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group of Greenberg Traurig LLP. John is Chair of the Licensing Interest Group of the IP Section of the California Lawyers Association and co-authors the Licensing Corner column in New Matter, the IP Section's quarterly journal. He is a graduate of the U.C. Davis School of Law, where he is also on the alumni Board of Directors, and holds an MBA from the Haas (U.C. Berkeley) School of Business.
