Chun Li, CIPP/US
Chun Li, CIPP/US, is a Senior Manager with the Forensic Technology and Discovery Services practice of Ernst & Young U.S. LLP (EY) in the New York office where he specializes in cybercrime investigations and electronic discovery services. Chun has extensive experience in the areas of breach investigations, computer trespass, privacy violations, identity theft, electronic fraud, and theft of intellectual property in financial services. In addition to providing services within his current focus area, Chun has professional experience in litigation readiness surrounding information technology, data analytics and forensics. He has held a number of technology roles in the financial and telecommunications sectors.
Chun leads teams that investigate and address complex cyber intrusions and electronic fraud. Prior to EY, Chun led cybersecurity enforcement investigations as Senior Counsel at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the largest independent securities regulator in the U.S.
