Ari is an associate at the law firm Mintz Levin, where he advises companies in the telecommunications and technology industries on regulatory and compliance matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Copyright Office, and state regulatory commissions. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional, Ari also provides guidance on complying with various federal and state privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, and data breach notification laws.
