Domenic S. DiLullo Jr., presently serves as the departments Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Privacy Officer where he develops, executes, and manages all Security (i.e., FISMA, OMB, etc.) and data protection policy, governance, privacy policies, stakeholder management, communications and new engagements for the Bureau of Human Resources, Executive Office, and Enterprise Service Division. Domenic provides analysis, advice, and technical expertise on issues related to implementation of applicable laws, regulations, policies, guidance, and best practices relating to privacy, including but not limited to the Privacy Act of 1974, the E-Government Act of 2002 (Section 208), Section 522 of the 2005 Consolidated Appropriations Act, Federal Information Security Management Act, the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988, the Information Sharing Environment, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and National Institute and Standards and Technology (e.g., NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 4, Cybersecurity Framework) guidance on information privacy.



With over 13 years of Public and Private Sector experience focusing on policy analysis, privacy development and implementation, and legislative and regulatory compliance (Federal and state levels); Domenic is a forward thinking strategic manager who possesses strong policy writing, leadership, program management, and interpersonal skills.
