About the IAPP

Wes Groth is a Privacy Analyst for CynergisTek, an information security and privacy consulting firm focused on healthcare. Wes works to offer an array of solutions to help organizations measure privacy and security programs against regulatory requirements and assists in developing a best practice approach to risk management. Prior to joining CynergisTek, Wes practiced law in the Greater Nashville area concentrating on helping businesses of all types and sizes implement sound privacy policy. He has earned the CIPP/US credential, and is currently working to collect more IAPP certifications. Outside of work, he focuses his time on his family and enjoys working in his garden and fishing.
