Tony Ficarrotta, IAB’s Assistant General Counsel, is an experienced privacy lawyer specializing in issues affecting technology, advertising, and digital media. At the IAB, he works with stakeholders across the digital advertising ecosystem to develop practical and effective privacy compliance frameworks and strategies. Prior to joining the IAB, Tony was attorney at ZwillGen, where his practice focused on advising ad-tech platforms, social media companies, and digital publishers on data strategy and compliance in in the context of U.S. and international privacy requirements. Tony has also previously served as counsel for the Network Advertising Initiative and as an associate at an international law firm.
