About the IAPP

Dr. Elisabeth von Finckenstein advises German and international clients on all aspects relating to IT and data protection laws. She is particularly focusing on supporting international clients with implementing data protection requirements, especially regarding international multi-branched corporations. Furthermore, she is advising clients especially on IT contracts and regarding dispute resolution and litigation with regard to IT projects. She has joined SKW Schwarz’s IT & Digital Business department in 2019. Elisabeth wrote her PhD thesis with the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (ITM) in Muenster, after studying at the Universities of Tuebingen and Muenster.
