About the IAPP

Gavin Taylor, CISSP

A Technology Consultant in the IT Risks & Controls team within Information Technology Services of London Health Sciences Centre & St. Joseph’s Health Care London. Gavin has over 25 years’ experience in the world of IT, in both the private and public sectors, with 23 of those spent in healthcare IT.

His experience has been in many areas of IT including help desk, field support, deployment and networking, with the majority being spent in IT security and IT risk and controls. He has held a number of industry certifications and completed many certificate programs from vendors such as Novell, Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and ISC2.
