About the IAPP

Jade has almost 20 years of legal experience internationally and in Australia in such areas of privacy, indigenous rights and regulatory law. Her NAB experience includes being across the implementation of the biggest updates to Australian Privacy legislation (the introduction of the APPs and comprehensive credit reporting, as well as the Mandatory Data Breach scheme) and designing NAB’s first Data Ethics Framework. She currently heads the Privacy & Data Ethics team at NAB, a team that is highly motivated to help the bank achieve great things.
