The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office provided an update on the resources it offers to help organizations comply with access-to-information requests. The ICO added a new section to its FOI toolkit that allows companies to self-assess their performances when having to refuse a request due to cost limits. The agency also published a series of tips for how to best handle inquiries.
