Norway's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, adopted a temporary data-processing ban for the Public Health Institute's contact-tracing app. The DPA found the app does not adhere to data minimization principles, nor does it give users an appropriate number of data disclosure choices. Meanwhile, consultations will be accepted until 15 July on a data access bill related to COVID-19 submitted by the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Management. (Original articles are in Norwegian.)
