Noah Phillips, Becca Kelly Slaughter and Rohit Chopra have been sworn in to the Federal Trade Commission, Reuters reports. The agency is now fully staffed for the first time since 2015 following the swearing in of new FTC Chairman Joe Simons. The U.S. Senate also confirmed Christine Wilson, who will join the FTC once Acting Chairman Maureen Ohlhausen departs from the agency. Ohlhausen announced she will not be stepping down from the FTC until she is confirmed for her federal judgeship or until her term ends in September.
