About the IAPP

Mohsin Khan, JD, LLM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, is an experienced privacy professional focusing on information privacy & security, incident management, and contractual data privacy agreements primarily focusing on healthcare and presently working at Kaiser Permanente Foundation Health Plan as part of the Privacy & Security team. Prior to this role, Mohsin was part of the Privacy team at DaVita Healthcare Partners dealing with technology integration, contractual matters and incident management on a daily basis. Mohsin is a graduate of the Loyola University Chicago, Beazley Institute where he obtained his LLM in healthcare compliance & privacy. The primary focus of his masters and research was on the integration of Healthcare Wearable Devices in to the provision of care and addressing federal privacy, security and compliance concerns.
