Brad Davis, CIPM
Brad Davis is a Senior Consultant and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) at Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory, currently serving as a Privacy Subject Matter Expert on a Government & Public Sector (GPS) project and Manager on a commercial project. Upon joining the firm, Brad was immediately placed to manage a team on a GPS project to establish a privacy program for the Health & Human Services Delivery Center for a State Government. Once firmly established in the Privacy practice, Brad has committed additional time to participate in the continuing development of the NIST Privacy Framework, Global Eminence projects, and providing privacy guidance to Deloitte teams that are contracted to assist clients in the commercial space.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked with the Privacy & Cybersecurity Group at Murtha Cullina, LLP, was a security manager, and former U.S. Marine with over 20 years of domestic and international leadership experience with Fortune 50 companies, small businesses, and military operations. Additionally, Brad is a certified Project Manager with personal security, physical security, risk/threat assessment, training, and leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced, global environments. He has worked with Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, all branches of the military, and private corporations, in international, domestic, and high-threat environments.
Brad has a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island, a Certificated Project Manager from Villanova University, and received his J.D. at Quinnipiac University School of Law and admitted to the Bar in the State of Connecticut.
