About the IAPP

Jason Harrell is an Executive Director with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where he heads the technology risk assessment and metrics reporting organization.  Prior to his work at DTCC, Jason has held several positions within IT, risk, compliance, and business operations at BNY Mellon, ABN AMRO, Royal Bank Of Scotland and the New York Board of Trade.  Jason has led regional and global teams in the development and implementation of cybersecurity risk programs and has been instrumental in integrating legal, compliance and privacy risk management into these programs.  Jason brings fresh industry perspective, innovative ideas and approaches through the integration of risk management which is based on business operational goals.  In his prior and current organizational roles, Jason remains abreast of the changing regulatory landscape and its impact to how businesses manage their cyber risks.
