Report on the ePrivacy Regulation, voted through LIBE Committee

This 235-page document is the report on the ePrivacy Regulation as prepared by MEP Marju Lauristin. It was voted through the LIBE Committee on Oct. 20, 2017. It contains a new proposed draft of the regulation, plus an explanatory statement from MEP Lauristin, a list of contributing voices; opinions from all three of the Industry, Research and Energy, Internal Market and Consumer Protection, and Legal Affairs committees; and the final roll call vote of the LIBE Committee.
