The Centre for Information Policy Leadership released a white paper on the future of cross-border data transfers under the EU General Data Protection Regulation following the Court of Justice of the European Union's "Schrems II" ruling. The paper highlighted responses from CIPL member organizations on the GDPR mechanisms organizations are using or plan to use following "Schrems II" and the main risk factors respondents have kept their eye on when transferring data to non-adequate countries.
