About the IAPP

Camille Lalonde is the Director of Clinical Services for TELUS Health, and a dual licensed primary care nurse practitioner in Ontario and Québec. She oversees the clinical operations for national healthcare delivery throughout TELUS Health's virtual and in-clinic ecosystem, ensuring millions of patients receive care of the highest quality while the clinicians delivering the service are supported, engaged and empowered. She provides clinical governance to privacy and data ethics initiatives to safeguard patient information and uphold ethical standards in data management within the organization. She completed her BScN at Laurentian University and worked for a decade in North York General's emergency department before completing her MN - NP at Athabasca University. An early adopter of virtual care, she has also worked in primary, long-term & palliative care settings as a nurse practitioner.
