Laura Caroli is a senior policy advisor to MEP Brando Benifei at the European Parliament, since 2014. She led negotiations on the AI Act at technical level. Experienced in internal market, AI, digital affairs, foreign affairs and defense. She holds a Ph.D. in geopolitics from the University of Trieste.
