About the IAPP

Josh Gresham is a data privacy attorney with VeraSafe, a privacy and web security consulting company. He advises clients all over the world on their data protection programs, both in how to comply with legal/regulatory frameworks (principally the GDPR), and how to best meet their customers' increasingly sophisticated expectations for the privacy of personal data. Josh holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina and a JD from the UC-Berkeley School of Law. He is currently living in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
