Manager, Policy and Research

Anne-Marie Cenaiko joined the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada in 2016. As Manager, Policy and Research, she manages her team’s research, guidance and policy work and leads stakeholder engagement and consultations. She also manages the OPC’s Contributions Program, which funds independent privacy research and related knowledge translation initiatives. She is the office’s GBA Plus co-champion.

Anne-Marie has been with the Government of Canada for over a decade and has held previous roles at the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and at Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Anne-Marie holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Saskatchewan and an MA in Communications from the University of Ottawa.
