About the IAPP

Christopher Kuner is Senior Privacy Counsel in the Brussels office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Kuner has practiced data protection law in Germany and Brussels since the 1990s and has been called a leader in his field by Chambers Global and the go-to person for EU privacy by Computerworld. He is also co-director of the Brussels Privacy Hub at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Kuner is author of the books Transborder Data Flows and Data Privacy Law and European Data Protection Law: Corporate Compliance and Regulation and editor-in-chief of the journal International Data Privacy Law (all published by Oxford University Press).
