About the IAPP

Gustavo Artese is founder and partner of Artese e Advogados where he leads a very focused practice in Privacy and Data Protection, Security and CyberLaw. Artese contributes with the IAF in Brazil and is Co-Chair of the São Paulo Chapter of the IAPP KnowledgeNet. Artese holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School and is professor of Law & Technology at the University of São Paulo Polytechnic School of Engineering. He and his practice have been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal and other leading directories.
