Anna von Dietze
Anna von Dietze, CIPP/E, CIPM, is a lawyer qualified in Germany and Australia, as well as England and Wales, with a practice focus on general commercial and IT law. She has professional experience in both Australia - where she worked as an associate in the IT/IP practice group in the Sydney office of an international law firm for about 5 years - and in Germany, where she completed her two year practical legal training.
Areas of expertise include data protection law and policy, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, as well as advising on e-commerce and consumer law issues. She is an IAPP member with both CIPP/E and CIPM accreditations. Anna is currently on leave of absence from her employer as she relocates to her home country of Germany, with her family.
