Kelvin is the partner of EY Consulting and in charge of cybersecurity and privacy consulting service in Greater China. He has over 18 years’ experience in the areas of cybersecurity and privacy, which makes him proficient in the practice of digital risk governance, cybersecurity governance, data security, privacy protection, cloud security, security operation, secured software development, ecosystem/supply chain security, etc.

Kelvin is the Invited expert of Shanghai data compliance and cybersecurity industry development expert committee. He is also the co-chair of International Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP) China Chapter and the privacy technology working group leader of Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) – Greater China Region. He is also entitled with professional qualifications, incl. APMG certified trainer of CISA/CISM, Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certification of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), etc.
