Jen Rees-Jones, CIPP/C, CIPP/E
Jennifer Rees-Jones has worked in public and private sector privacy protection for the past six years. Jennifer currently works as a Senior Policy Advisor with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario. In that role, she leads the IPC’s work on smart cities. Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Advisor with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, where she led a number of key investigations, including into Google’s Online Behavioural Advertising. Jennifer’s experience has provided her with insight into the real-life challenges faced by public and private sector organizations when identifying and effectively addressing privacy risks.
