Javier is a Regional Product & Commercial Counsel at Uber in Latin America, with wide expertise in matters related to technology, consumer protection, privacy, and personal data protection. He has more than ten years of experience in regulated industries, including financial and tech.
Javier is a Chilean lawyer who obtained his law degree from the University of Chile School of Law. He also holds an LL.M. from the UC Berkeley School of Law and a graduate diploma in Privacy and Data Protection from the Catholic University of Chile School of Law.
Javier is an IAPP Member and CIPP/E.
