About the IAPP

Guillaume DESGENS-PASANAU is a French magistrate, currently working at the general management of the French Digital Health Agency (ANS). He specializes in digital law. He worked for nearly 10 years at the CNIL, as head of litigation and then head of the legal department. He also practiced as a lawyer at Deloitte and EY. He is an associated law professor at CNAM university. He regularly publishes books and articles on privacy issues.
