About the IAPP

Sarah Lefebvre is the Director, Legal Affairs and Privacy Officer at Saputo. In her role, Sarah provides strategic advice on all privacy-related initiatives across Saputo's global operations. She is responsible for the implementation and oversight of the privacy and data protection program and provides counsel on the legal and regulatory implications of the organization's privacy initiatives. Since 2013, she has held various roles within the organization's legal department supporting the Canadian and US operations on various commercial, litigation, technology and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Saputo, Sarah practiced at a national Canadian law firm, as well as in-house at a major Canadian marketing agency. Sarah holds a LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University (NY) and a LL.B. from Laval University.
