Staff Writer Alex LaCasse produces content for the IAPP’s Daily Dashboard, Europe Data Protection Digest, Canada Dashboard Digest, Asia-Pacific Dashboard Digest and U.S. Privacy Digest. Additionally, he contributes original articles to The Privacy Advisor.

Prior to joining the IAPP, Alex worked as a journalist covering the Seacoast of Maine and New Hampshire for Seacoast Media Group. He has also written for USA Today and The Christian Science Monitor. He is a former New England First Amendment Fellow and National Press Foundation Fellow.

In his free time, Alex enjoys cooking, traveling and attending Boston Celtics and Red Sox Games. His favorite place in world is Galway, Ireland.
