Elizabeth Le Breton
Elizabeth is the Data Privacy Officer for HSBC Australia, covering retail, wholesale and commercial businesses. Elizabeth specialises in privacy, data protection, technology enhancing tools, financial services regulation, investigations and law reform. Elizabeth previously worked in investment banking in Hong Kong, advising on initial public offerings, capital market transactions, derivatives and funds trading, as well as white collar crime and trade surveillance across the APAC region. Elizabeth is an admitted lawyer and holds a Juris Doctor (Hons). She has studied in Australia, China, Canada and Europe.
