About the IAPP

Shane is a lawyer in BLG’s Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Protection group. Shane advises his clients on a wide variety of cybersecurity and data protection issues, including in incident response, technology and SaaS contracting, and privacy considerations during corporate transactions. Shane regularly acts as a breach coach for catastrophic ransomware attacks, business email compromises, and fraudulent fund transfers, counselling his public and private sector clients through the entire cybersecurity incident response lifecycle. Shane earned the gold medal in his MBA class and completed his CIPP/C in 2020.
