About the IAPP

Ben Kimberley is the Director of Legal at The Clorox Company where he leads the Global Privacy Program and is the Chair of the Privacy Council. He also has responsibilities for day-to-day operations of the Global Compliance & Ethics Program and leads legal support for the Information Governance Program. Before Clorox, he was an attorney at the international law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP.
