About the IAPP

James Hennessy is an associate at Reed Smith in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group.  His practice focuses on complex state and federal health care regulatory and business transactional matters, including Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance, fraud and abuse, privacy compliance, reimbursement matters, state corporate practice of medicine issues, provider licensure and enrollment, physician contracting, and the purchase and sale of health care facilities and provider entities. He has represented a broad array of health care clients, including large hospital systems, biotechnology and life science companies, physician groups, and other health care entities and providers.
