Petar Mijatović is an attorney at law based in Belgrade, Serbia, with more than 10 years of professional experience advising local and international clients. He specializes in the fields of data protection, corporate and commercial law, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Mijatović's main practice in data protection involves advising on EU General Data Protection Regulation and Serbian data protection law compliance, conducting data protection audits, preparing legal opinions, drafting privacy policies, company policies, data processing agreements, data protection impact assessments, transfer impact assessments, providing data protection training, and representing clients before competent authorities.

Mijatović is recognized as a data protection expert and a keynote speaker at numerous seminars, conferences, and webinars focused on resolving dilemmas in applying the GDPR and Serbian data protection law. He is also the author of numerous articles in legal magazines regarding topics in the field of data protection, corporate law, real estate, consumer protection and more.

Mijatović holds both LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
