Ekene Chuks-Okeke, CIPP/E
Ekene Chuks-Okeke is a Legal Fellow at Luminos.Law (formerly BNH.AI), a boutique law firm specialized in AI governance and AI risk management. Prior to this, she practiced law in Nigeria with a focus on intellectual property, privacy, and media law. In addition to her position at Luminos.Law, Ekene serves as a Fellow with the Internet Law and Policy Foundry and Co-Chair of the AI/IP Committee at the International Institute for IP Management. She holds an LL.M. in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
