About the IAPP

Elissa Doroff is the Head of Claims, Americas, for Mosaic Insurance. Elissa brings nearly 20 years of industry knowledge and works with Mosaic’s brokers and insureds throughout the Americas to guide coverage under the company’s six product lines. She started her insurance career as claims counsel with AIG and later was cyber and technology product manager at AXA XL. Elissa also has extensive experience counseling companies and proactively mitigating risk from her tenure on the broker side, including roles at Marsh and Lockton. Elissa is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut and a licensed Claims Adjuster in 48 US states.
